Double Descente
A JUICY CONCOCTION
With this Episode, our brewmaster toils away to develop a beer that’s as strong as it is refreshing and as hoppy as it is fruity. The result, a juicy New England Double IPA with intense exotic fruit flavours.
The Double Descent features no less than four different tropical hops. The result, nearly 100 IBU, a refreshing sweetness, and a waterfall of fruity flavours—clementine, mango, papaya, and lychee rub shoulders in your glass.

How to taste
Visually, the Double Descent can’t hide its New England origins—it’s very opaque, orange, and features a subtle white head.
On the nose, intense notes of ripe fruit and tropical juice. Take a sip. You’re treated to flavourful waves—one after another—of clementine, mango, papaya...an entire orchard of deliciousness. The bitterness is as discreet as fruit flavours are intense. The finish lingers on sweet lychee notes.
