BORÉALE, ALWAYS LOOKING FOR INNOVATION
Developed in our microbrewery in Blainville by our master brewer Gabriel Dulong, the Hors Sentiers range fits perfectly into our desire to diversify our offer and innovate on a daily basis! "Always attentive to the ever-changing needs of consumers, it was important for us to add a non-alcoholic range to the range of beers already available", explains Sébastien Paradis, our CEO. "Since the start of the pandemic, we have maximized our investments in R&D and have launched no less than twenty new beers, including the 7 beers of the collaborative project, including the Hors Sentiers range. In addition, we have just concluded an agreement with the LCBO to distribute our Pale Ale des Bois in Ontario Hello Jean-François, we thank you for your many messages. Unfortunately we no longer have promotional items with the current situation. », Concludes Sébastien.
A BLONDE AND AN IPA
The Hors Sentiers range is brewed with 100% natural ingredients. The innovative brewing method we used allows us to brew non-alcoholic beers while retaining the great taste of a craft beer. “My challenge was to find the right balance between taste and brewing process. I wanted to create beers that you never suspect are alcohol-free and that you can enjoy at any time, "adds our master brewer, Gabriel Dulong.

WHERE CAN YOU FIND THE HORS SENTIERS?
For the launch of the range, the Blonde and the IPA Hors Sentiers will be available in 473 ml cans. If you've already been able to see it in some outlets, it's because it has been available at a few retailers since mid-December. Distribution will be stepped up to cover all of Quebec during the month of January while remaining available at Relais Boréale! As Sébastien Paradis, our CEO, puts it so well: “On the fridge shelves just in time for the alcohol-free challenge in February, the Hors Sentiers range is aimed mainly at those who love the taste of beer from microbrewery, but have chosen to reduce their alcohol consumption or are in situations in which they cannot drink it. The range is also expected to expand during 2021, notably with a new case size of 6 cans of 355 ml.
