My IPA has little particles floating around in it. What's the deal?

This is totally a normal phenomenon for unfiltered beers. The suspended particles you're seeing are the result of hop resin agglomerating over time. They in no way affect the drinkability or flavour of the beer.

Why can't I find your Scotch Ale du Nord or Saison des plages?

These are seasonal beers. Our Scotch Ale is brewed only in the winter and our Saison des plages only in the summer.

Where can I purchase your IPA du Nord-Est?

Our IPA du Nord-Est is restocked in grocery and convenience stores approximately every 4 weeks. We brew it as much as we can, and it is only available at certain points of sale. To find it, we recommend to follow our Facebook page.

Can I purchase a keg of your beer?

Unfortunately, the law forbids us to sell kegs directly to consumers.

Can I purchase your products outside of Quebec?

No. Our polar bear has yet to cross Quebec's borders.

Can I consume your beer past its expiry date?

There is no danger in consuming our beer past its expiry date. However, the product may no longer meet our high standards of quality.

Is your beer organic?

No. We do not use organic products in our beer.

Does your beer contain GMOs?

No. We do not use GMO products in our beer.

Are your beers vegan?

Yes. All our beers are vegan-friendly with the exception of la Dorée, which uses natural honey.

Where can I buy your promotional or limited-edition items?

You can find them in the BOUTIQUE section of our website or pick them up in person at Relais Boréale, our Blainville microbrewery.

Can I rent your equipment for a private event?

No. We do not offer equipment rentals.

I want Boréale to sponsor my event. What should I do?


We invite you to fill out the form on our website. To access it, click on the contact tab and click on the section "Want to be sponsored". Then fill out the sponsorship application form and send it to commandites@boreale.com. You will receive a response, positive or negative, within 10 business days of your request.

I ordered an article of clothing in the wrong size. Can I exchange it?

Yes, we can exchange it for another size upon receiving your original invoice. However, the article must be in new condition. We reserve the right to refuse the exchange if the garment has been worn. If the size you want is no longer available, we will gladly exchange the product for another item of equal value. If the exchanged item is of lesser value, the remainder will be issued as an in-store credit.

Is there a guarantee on your clothes and accessories?

There is no guarantee. However, in the event of a manufacturing defect, we invite you to visit Relais Boréale so we can evaluate the product and replace it. If the product is no longer available, a store credit will be issued.

I came to refill but forgot my growlers. What do I do?

No worries! You can purchase a one-litre growler at the microbrewery for $4 or a two-litre growler for $5. The next time you visit, simply bring back the growlers you forgot and we'll refund them for store credit.

Can you ship outside of Canada?

For now, we can only ship to Canada.

Can I purchase Boréale promotional items anywhere other than your online store?

Boréale items are also available at Relais Boréale located in Blainville - 875 Boulevard Michele-Bohec, Blainville, QC J7C 5J6

An item is marked as out of stock or is missing from your website. Is there anywhere else I can find it?

Unless otherwise stated in the product description, our items are produced in limited quantities solely for Boréale.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

If you opt for our fast delivery service, your products will be shipped within one to three business days (a shipping fee applies). You can also pick them up directly at the Brasseurs du Nord Blainville microbrewery.

Which payment methods does your online store accept?

You can purchase Boréale products online using your credit card or PayPal.
