The episode where our master-brewer was inspired by the Czech Republic to create a dark Lager with notes of roasted malts with a herbaceous bitterness.

This winter thirst quencher was brewed with 5 different malts. The Saaz and Perle hops bring a nice well-balanced bitterness that leads you to chain the sips one after the other.
