A JOURNEY TO THE LAND OF CITRA
The Episode where our Master Brewer was once again inspired by the hops of our famous IPA du Nord-Est. After working with Mosaic in the Aller-Simple beer, we used its sidekick hop, the Citra!
Have you noticed its family resemblance? Aller-Retour is the twin beer of Aller-Simple that we presented last month. For this beer, we used four varieties of these hops: Citra, Citra Lupomax, Citra Incognito and Citra Spectrum. The end result is a Double New England IPA with a round body and a citrus kick.
