A DIRECT FLIGHT TO THE HOP VALLEY

The Episode where our brewmaster wanted to showcase one of our favorite hop cultivars: the Mosaic.

In this New England IPA, we used Mosaic in 4 different forms to extract the full range of its flavors: Mosaic, Mosaic Lupomax, Mosaic Incognito and Mosaic Spectrum. The result is a NEIPA with explosive aromas of apricot and grapefruit that ends with a slightly resinous finish.
