Double Descente

back to the list
This New England IPA goes down just like a misty spring morning. Slowly. First you admire its light yellow colour, its beautiful foam collar. You anticipate the subtle, juicy, sweet flavours. You can smell the tangerine, tropical fruit and apricot aromas stirring amongst the rising notes of hops. You crave its smooth texture and slight bitterness. But like all good things that deserve to be savoured, you wait just a little longer. Just a bit. Just enough to feast your eyes.⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
See on UntappdVisually, the Mist of the North cannot hide its belonging to NEIPA: a very opaque, orange robe, and a collar of white foam. In the mouth, the hops are agitated and notes of apricots, tangerines and tropical fruits, awaken our taste buds. A very smooth texture and weak bitterness.
