Contrée Lointaine
A short trip to Italy
The Episode where our Brewmaster takes your taste buds on a journey to a faraway land.
The beer we propose is an Italian pilsner. This style is characterized by a particular brewing technique called "cold hopping". This method involves adding hops during or after fermentation, rather than at the beginning of the brewing process. This allows the beer to have softer, floral and citrus aromas and flavors.

How to taste
This lager has a unique cereal note thanks to the use of Eraclea malt, an Italian barley variety that was first used. To the taste, you will enjoy a dry and crisp finish, with a slight bitterness that adds complexity to this refreshing beer.
