When the North and the Capital unite!
It's great pleasure to introduce our very first collaboration with the Nano Cinco microbrewery.
Introducing a very special New Englang Pale Ale brewed with thiolized yeast. The particularity of this yeast is that it can release certain compounds in the hops and malt into aromatic molecules with notes of tropical fruit and citrus. We therefore added NZ Cascade to the mash to promote the release of these aromatic compounds. As for hops, we worked for the first time with Roy Farms in the Yakima Valley. We chose their brand-new, fresh Citra crop, as well as an experimental hop, ADHA 1624.
