A white beer one inspired by the Boreal forest!

The episode where we decided to go off the beaten path to present you a 100% Quebec white beer brewed with herbs from our forests.

We created this beer with malts from Malterie Caux Laflamme and hops from Houblons Bastien. It was also seeded with a custom yeast blend prepared by Le Labo Solutions Brassicole, one of the strains of which was isolated from maple water! We also worked with Gourmet Sauvage products to flavour the beer with dune pepper, wild juniper berry and traveller's comptonia.
