A thirst-quenching beer for hop lovers!
The Episode where our brewmaster brewed an American Pale Wheat to celebrate the end of summer.
Brewed with over 40% wheat, this hoppy pale ale presents citrus and tropical fruit notes on an ultra-silky and dry base. The use of a custom yeast blend gives us a drier and slightly spicy profile that we are used to find in white beers. The result is a hybrid between a German White beer and an American Pale Ale.
