Our brewmaster has decided to highlight our two favorite hops from the southern hemisphere. Your taste buds will be transported to the far-flung regions of Australia and New Zealand with Galaxy and Nelson Sauvin hops.
Galaxy hops provide typical passion fruit and peach notes, while Nelson Sauvin is less about the white grapes it is often associated with and more about its currant and grapefruit notes.
