he Épisode where our brewmaster went all in on maple syrup.
To honor our roots, we took this red ale to the next level in the Épisode series with a massive dose of maple syrup added during and after fermentation, along with treasures from our Quebec forest: maple-scented milk caps (yes, mushrooms!) and sweet clover, a delicate flower with vanilla notes sourced from Gourmet Sauvage. The result is a beautifully complex red ale with aromas of maple taffy, brown sugar, and vanilla.
