The Episode where our Brewmaster collaborated with Sir John's Brewery to kick off the holidays and bring you a legendary Double New England IPA.
In addition to combining our skills, we also experimented with Eclipse and Strata hops. The large amount of spelt and oats used in the brewing process gives a nice smoothness.

How to taste
Behind this strong Double NEIPA is also a lot of sweetness: a nice silky texture, juicy and sweet flavors. The Eclipse provides aromas of honeydew melon and mandarin orange while the Strata offers characteristic notes of ripe strawberries.
